DataVerify: 'DRIVE returned an unusual response' FIX

This error results from an improperly formatted DU CaseFile ID. The most common issue is a user's email address inadvertantly being saved in the casefile ID field. The errorcan be fixed by updating the DU CaseFile ID field on the "Submit to DO/DU" screen:
