LPA Error Fix: "User role is not authorized for LPA access"

This error message occurs when the incorrect credit options are selected for LPA. LPA is not setup to reissue reports on our behalf, so "Use credit report from previous submission" needs to be selected under the Credit Report Options section.


There are 2 scenarios for LPA credit options: One for Xactus credit reports and one for Certified Credit reports. Both scenarios are listed below:
